What I’ve been doing:
Teaching! Our ministry in Cambodia has included teaching kids English and encouraging the teachers. So far, I have taught grades 1 and 2 and ESL classes for high school students. I have assisted students with spelling, reading, and engaging in conversations in English.

What I’ve learned:
- Smiles are universal!
- I’ve learned simple Khmer phrases
- God is teaching me lessons in my own life to grow me closer to the Lord and follow His leading

Stories:
This week we hiked up thousands of stairs to the top of a mountain. As I was climbing the stairs we saw so many monkeys. They told us to keep our items close or the monkeys would steal them! I had my bag on but a monkey still came up to me and tried to take it! The monkey didn’t manage to take it but it made for a very funny video!

Prayer Requests:
- Pray that our team does not get sick as we can continue ministry.
- Pray for the hearts of the teachers and students at the school.
